J2Bet Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and J2Bet ("J2Bet", "we", "us", "the Company") with respect to your use of J2Bet's website located at j2bet.biz, its mobile-optimised interface, and all betting, gaming, and ancillary services offered therein.

By accessing J2Bet, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any product-specific rules that J2Bet publishes for individual games, sports markets, or promotions. In the event of a conflict, product-specific rules take precedence over these general Terms for that specific product only.

J2Bet reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of J2Bet following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using J2Bet and close your account.

2. Account Registration

To use J2Bet's betting and gaming services, you must register an account. Registration is free. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password of your choosing.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one J2Bet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's details, or fabricated identities — is strictly prohibited. If J2Bet detects duplicate accounts linked to the same individual by device, payment method, IP address, or identity document, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

2.2 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use J2Bet. J2Bet takes underage gambling seriously and may request proof of age at any point. Accounts found to have been opened by individuals under 18 will be permanently closed and any winnings will be voided.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your J2Bet account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. J2Bet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify J2Bet support immediately by emailing support@j2bet.biz. J2Bet is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your own failure to maintain credential security.

2.4 Accurate Information

All registration details must be truthful and kept up to date. Providing false information — particularly regarding age, identity, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of balances.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

J2Bet is required under its international gaming licence to conduct identity and payment verification — commonly known as Know Your Customer (KYC) — before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds and in any case where J2Bet has reasonable grounds to verify account ownership.

KYC documents J2Bet may request include:

• Proof of identity: Valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last 3 months showing your registered address.

Until KYC is completed, J2Bet may place restrictions on withdrawals. J2Bet will not share your documents with third parties except as required by its licence obligations or applicable law.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All J2Bet accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). J2Bet does not charge currency conversion fees for Pakistani players.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits can only be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances. J2Bet reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or mismatched payment sources.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. J2Bet may request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000. You may not withdraw funds that have been credited as bonus balance until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

4.3 Failed or Rejected Transactions

J2Bet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. If a deposit fails to credit your J2Bet account, retain your transaction reference and contact J2Bet support. J2Bet will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures within 72 hours.

5. Betting Rules

J2Bet's sportsbook operates under a comprehensive set of betting rules that apply to all markets. The following general principles apply across all J2Bet sports betting products.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed at J2Bet are subject to acceptance. J2Bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet without providing a reason. Bets are considered accepted only once a confirmation message is displayed and a bet reference number is issued in your J2Bet account. A bet not confirmed by the system is not valid regardless of whether funds have been deducted.

5.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

"Palpable error" in odds is determined at J2Bet's sole discretion. Where bets are voided due to palpable error, stakes are returned in full to the player's J2Bet balance.

5.3 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting at J2Bet is subject to market suspensions during key events (wickets, goals, red cards, etc.) while odds are recalculated. J2Bet is not liable for losses arising from unavoidable in-play market suspensions. Bets accepted before suspension are honoured at the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

The minimum bet at J2Bet is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event, and player account level. J2Bet may reduce maximum limits for individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest abuse, match-fixing, or systematic advantage play.

5.5 Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a sporting event is abandoned or postponed by more than 24 hours, most J2Bet markets will be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules vary by sport — cricket markets, for example, are governed by the relevant cricket governing body's rules on Duckworth-Lewis and over reductions. 6. Casino, Crash Games, and Virtual Sports

J2Bet's casino and gaming products — including Aviator, Andar Bahar, slots, virtual sports, and any live dealer games — are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific rules displayed within each game. Players are responsible for reading the relevant game rules before play.

6.1 Return to Player (RTP)

All casino games available at J2Bet are independently audited and carry certified RTP percentages. RTP figures are theoretical long-run averages calculated over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. 7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New J2Bet players are eligible for a 100% match on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. The welcome bonus is credited as bonus funds (not withdrawable cash) and carries a wagering requirement of 10× the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of bonus credit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be staked before the bonus portion can be withdrawn as real money. Where J2Bet determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void all associated winnings, forfeit the bonus balance, and permanently suspend the accounts involved.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All J2Bet bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings not claimed within the validity period are automatically removed from the account. Expiry dates are displayed in the account Bonus section and confirmed in the relevant promotion's terms.

8. Refer a Friend Programme

J2Bet's Refer a Friend programme allows existing players to earn PKR bonuses by inviting new users to register at J2Bet. Both the referrer and the referred friend receive a bonus once the qualifying conditions are met.

• The referred friend must be a genuinely new J2Bet user with no prior account history.
• The friend must register using the referrer's unique link or code — referrals cannot be applied after registration is complete.
• The friend must make a qualifying deposit of at least Rs 200 within 30 days of registration.
• Self-referral is strictly prohibited. Referring your own secondary accounts, family members sharing your device or payment method, or anyone who has previously held a J2Bet account will result in the referral being voided.
• Referral bonuses are subject to a 5× wagering requirement and expire 30 days from credit.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

• Engaging in bonus abuse as described in Section 7.3.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, J2Bet will retain the account balance during the review period. Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, J2Bet reserves the right to withhold all or part of the balance depending on the nature of the breach. Account closures resulting from responsible gaming requests (cool-off or self-exclusion) are not punitive and balances remain accessible once the exclusion period ends (or permanently for self-exclusion, where a balance can be withdrawn before closure).

10.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your J2Bet account at any time by contacting support. Before account closure, you should withdraw your available real-money balance. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on J2Bet's website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game assets, and odds data — is the intellectual property of J2Bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any J2Bet content in any form without prior written permission from J2Bet. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, J2Bet's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. J2Bet is not liable for:
